E-commerce terms for Tipperne Camping

Sales & delivery terms
Below you will find useful information regarding online booking. This includes details on how we handle your personal information, how you receive your booking confirmation and more. The term "TIPPERNE" is used as a synonym for Tipperne Camping throughout these terms.

Payment
All prices listed in TIPPERNE's online booking system and throughout the website are displayed in Danish kroner (DKK), including VAT and all applicable charges, unless otherwise clearly stated.

Payment is made using one of the approved payment cards in our online booking system, including Dankort, Visa, Mastercard, and Diners. No transaction fees are applied to online bookings.

Online payment security
You can safely book online through our secure booking system. As a consumer you are generally protected against fraud when using your credit card online, meaning there is no liability in case of unauthorized use of your payment card. Learn more about online payment security at:

Shipping & delivery
When you are booking and paying for a cabin, rental tent, tent pitch or caravan pitch, you will receive a contract from TIPPERNE outlining the details of your purchase. The contract can be printed directly from the website after booking and will also be sent via email immediately upon purchase, provided a valid email address is entered.

Your booked accommodation will be available upon arrival at TIPPERNE on your check-in date and ends on your departure date, both of which are stated in your contract.

Right of cancellation & refund policy
Please note that the standard 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases does not apply to accommodation or campsite rentals for specific dates, as these are considered time-limited services under Danish consumer law. However you can cancel your booking under the following conditions:

• More than 60 days before arrival: Full refund minus a Dkk. 500 administration fee.
• Less than 60 days before arrival: No refund available.
• Seasonal pitches (spring, autumn, and winter): Non-refundable.

Data registration & privacy
TIPPERNE collects and stores your name, address, email and other details provided during booking in our customer database. Your data is not shared with third parties and TIPPERNE retains records for 5 years in compliance with Danish accounting laws.

TIPPERNE uses server-side cookies and a secure connection to protect the data you provide. Payments are processed through a secure server, where encryption is applied before transmitting payment details online.

Complaints & customer service
If you do not receive your booking confirmation and have not received an error message, please contact us using the information below.

Any complaints regarding the booking process, reservation or stay must be made within a reasonable time after discovering the issue or when it should have been noticed upon reviewing your contract. Please note:

• The 2-year warranty under the Danish Sales Act applies only to defects present at the start of your stay.
• Complaints must be submitted before your stay ends.

When TIPPERNE receives your complaint, we will process it as quickly as possible and determine whether a refund, exchange or price reduction is warranted.
